IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

We welcome our International customers and thank you for all your repeat business.

I have a minimum order of at least $20.00 for all out of USA sales.

For all International shipping, the PayPal shopping cart is just a guide and your order may cost less or more to ship depending on your Country.  For Example in most cases it costs $20.00 to ship to Canada and $25.00 to Australia. 

All International orders are shipped via Express or Insured Priority mail.  If you want Express please advise at the time of the order and it may cost extra.

We do not ship to the following counties: Kuwait, Mexico, Nigeria, Algeria, Greece, Russia, India & Czech Republic.


Note:  If your order costs less money to ship (less packing fees)  we will credit you back and refund if you overpay on shipping.  Since rates vary the International buttons are a estimate. We reserve the right to charge a shipping and handling due to several factors such as packaging and time spent at the Post Office. Shipping refunds are at our sole discretion, but it's not our goal to make money on shipping. Please note:  We are in no way responsible for any CUSTOM fees charged. 




If you need assistance using Paypal please call them at phone # 1-888-221-1161.  Sometimes a computers pop-up blockers can prevent Paypal from working.

If you would rather not use Paypal we can accept checks and money orders Payable in US funds only. We ask that you email us your order first to confirm items are in stock along with your shipping address. If sending a personal check we will hold the order at least 7- 10 days until the check clears our bank. I am sorry we have to do this but we have had several checks not clear. Money orders are normally shipped within 24 hours but, 10 day hold may still apply if we are not familiar with the issuer or bank.  iSellpens.com is a division of Pen & Ink Investment Inc.  Please make all checks Payable to Pen & Ink.  

We will always send you an Email confirming your order and this should be within a few hours in most cases. Sometimes we take a day off, LOL and we will try to post these dates on the front page of this site.

We will advise you when we ship your order and with the shipping means and tracking information. We normally ship daily Monday thru Friday and do not ship holidays and weekends. If your order is placed on a weekend your order will most likely go out on Monday. However, we normally can answer your emails on weekends too.

Most orders will be rather shipped via USPS OR FedEx and should reach you in 3 to 7 days in most cases on average. Please Note: We will need your physical address.

It is possible that the FedEx may ask for a signature depending on your type of order.

Pen cases are shipped via UPS and can take 5 to 7 days, sometime less.

If you need your order in a RUSH sent via FedEx air we can normally accommodate this for an additional fee and just ask that you email us prior to the order.

We want everyone to have their order as quickly as possible. It's very important to us you get your items fast and your customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.


USA SHIPPING Rates:

All USA orders are $6.00 to $7.95.   This does not apply to orders outside of the USA.  Save with No sales tax for all orders outside of Arizona!  We are located in the Kierland area of North Scottsdale so, local residents may pick-up orders in person to save on shipping.

Return Policy

We reserve the right to charge a $20.00 restocking fee on any cancelled order. For orders over $300.00 will be subject to a $35.00 restocking fee. Several brands are Guaranteed thru the manufacture and must be returned to them for repairs. Please email me for assistance and I would be happy to help in any way. All Shipping & Handling is not refundable on returned items and additional $10.00 fee will deducted for refusal of a delivery. All returns must be returned within 7 days in NEW Condition with original packaging. Other Brands Products (HERO, DUKE, HLA, Naki,Jinhao,Kaigelu,Picasso, Regal  AND OTHERS EXCEPT WING SUNG) we sell are guaranteed for 6 months. We need copy of original receipt along with $8.00 for returned shipping. We will repair or exchange for the same item or similar product if it's been discontinued. Limited edition pens are not returnable. All Wing Sung pens are sold AS IS with no warranty and are non-returnable.

Converters are sold as is and are non returnable.

Please note: All returned Aurora pens over $100.00 are a also subject to a $35.00 restocking fee.
