Description Product Specs
Kaigelu 316 Century stars is a highly classical artistic brushes hand imported from gold rings and acrylic are spliced into fully demonstrates the Seiko quality, and collectors favor.
The KAIGELU #316 is full sized and considered a medium weight pen. I was very impressed with this series of pen and could not believe the quality for the price and now these are going to be a huge hit. This pen should retail for at least $75.00. Each and everyone is top quality resin that's in fact much better quality than I have seen on some other well known brands recently. These all have gold accents and clip. The caps are all twist type and are adorned with a top hat with the Kangaroo logo. This has a shinny black barrel complimented with colored resin from the cap and all gold accents. The twist off type cap is quite impressive with cream and grey resin. The clip is also gold. I have a small supply of these and they will not last long. This features a two tones gold plated point nib that's engraved "M" with a Kangaroo logo and name KAIGELU. It comes with a removable ink converter.
Please Note: This item no longer comes with a box. You can purchase a Kaigelu #316 box for an extra $5.00. The reason for this is the cost of getting them shipped to us and the shipping cost to you as they are heavy.
  • Please note: You can not pull the converter out of this pen like a cartridge. It's a screw type and is must be unscrewed to remove.

Lovely pen, great price. March 16, 2015

I bought one of these as a place-holder for my Parker Duofold Centennial because I didn't want to bring my really good pens to Mexico with me for the extended period we are living here, and I certainly didn't want to be without a "binky" (as my wife teasingly calls my pens). I have been pleasantly surprised with this pen, first by the incredibly low price and then by its build quality and weight. I have bought other Chinese pens and have been less than impressed by most of them, but this one is fabulous. I usually post my pens because I like them chunky and substantial, but this one is plenty beefy and doesn't need the extra weight of the cap. Nib is lovely, smooth and properly adjusted out of the box.
Highly recommended, especially if you're traveling and don't want to take your hero stuff.

Got my Kaigelu 316 pen from Isellpens...it's a wonderful writer! Don't understand some of the negative comments on the various forums because my experience with the 316 has been all positive. Substantial weight (but not too heavy), great nib, great looks. Exactly what I was looking for. Considering the White Vein 316 next.
